Is a scan or photo of my document enough?
Yes. A clear scan or photo is sufficient to quote and translate. The original is only needed if a specific institution requires physical sighting — we tell you upfront if yours does.
What makes a translation “sworn”?
It carries the stamp and signature of a translator appointed under a Ministry of Law decree, after passing the national qualification exam. That makes it legally valid for courts, ministries, and embassies.
How fast is turnaround?
Standard personal documents: 1–2 working days. Express handling is available — the exact date is fixed in your written quote before any payment.
How do payment and delivery work?
50% deposit by bank transfer to start, balance on completion. You receive a soft-copy draft to review, then the stamped hard copy by courier nationwide — or arrange your own Gojek/Grab pickup.
